Clearer wording for daily checklists
Improved
- The Frequency dropdown now says “Daily or Weekly (Select days)” so it’s obvious how to set up a daily morning checklist — pick that option, then select every open day (e.g. Mon–Fri). Docs match the same wording.
Fixed
- The mobile menu now scrolls on its own, so Logout and everything below it stay reachable even on shorter phone screens.

Vet-ly now fully supports Canadian clinics
New
- Canadian clinics can now select Canada, their province, and Canadian time zones — including Newfoundland, Atlantic, and the no-DST zones for Saskatchewan and Yukon — so tasks reset at the correct local time.
- AI-generated SOPs for Canadian clinics now reference Canadian regulations — Health Canada, the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act, WHMIS, and your provincial veterinary regulatory college — and use metric units (kg, °C, mL). US clinics are unchanged.
Improved
- Signup now asks for your country first, and your state/province and time zone options match it — so your clinic gets the right regulatory framework from day one.
- Prices across the site are now clearly marked in USD, and the privacy policy explains where your data is stored and processed.
- Cleaned up remaining "VetSOP" references across the app so branding reads as Vet-ly everywhere.
Fixed
- Once you set your clinic's state or province in Settings, it can no longer be accidentally cleared back to blank — keeping your AI-generated SOPs correctly tailored to your location.

Team invites are easier to recover when a code expires
New
- Managers can now see pending invitations in Settings → Team — anyone who was invited but hasn’t created their account yet — and resend their code or cancel the invite with one click.
Improved
- The code-entry screen no longer shows a misleading countdown: requesting a fresh code is now a clearly labeled button, available even if too many wrong codes temporarily locked the screen.
Fixed
- Entering an expired or incorrect invite code now tells you it may have expired and points you to the "Send a new code" button, instead of a vague "Invalid code" message.

Comprehension quizzes turn sign-offs into proof of understanding
New
- Quiz results now roll up on the SOP editor: see how many staff took the quiz, their average first-attempt score, average attempts, and pass rate — plus a per-question “missed” rate so a consistently-missed question flags a confusing section or a weak question you can regenerate.
- The Staff Acknowledgments page has a new “By Staff” view — see each person’s training progress at a glance: which required SOPs they’ve completed and their quiz scores, alongside the existing by-procedure view.
- You can now require a short 5-question quiz with any staff acknowledgment — questions are generated from your procedure automatically, and staff must score 80% or higher before they can sign off.
- You review every quiz before it goes live: the correct answer is highlighted in green, and nothing gates your staff until you activate it — including right in the create form, so a new procedure can launch with its quiz already active. Regenerate anytime for a fresh set of questions.
- Passing scores and attempts now appear next to each staff member on the Staff Acknowledgments page and in your exported CSV reports, so training records show who understood the material — not just who clicked.
Improved
- Staff now see a “Quiz” tag on the procedures waiting for their review, so they know an acknowledgment includes a short comprehension quiz before they open it.
- After passing a quiz, staff see a quick review of anything they missed, with the correct answer and where to find it in the procedure — so the quiz teaches, not just tests.
- When you update a procedure’s content, its quiz automatically regenerates to match the new wording and waits for your review — so staff are never tested on outdated material.
- The Documentation page now covers comprehension quizzes end to end — the Manager Guide walks through adding, reviewing, and activating a quiz, the Staff Guide explains taking and retaking one, and a new FAQ section answers how questions are generated and where scores appear.

See what’s new without leaving your dashboard
New
- Owners and managers now have a “What’s New” bell in the top bar that highlights the latest Vet-ly updates and links straight to the details — so you always know what your team can do today that they couldn’t yesterday, without hunting for it.

Add images right inside your procedure steps
New
- You can now add images directly inside procedure and task instructions — drop a photo or diagram between any steps right in the editor.
Improved
- Inline images appear as a tidy thumbnail and open full-size when tapped (with zoom and scroll for large images), so your whole team can see exactly what to do.

Team invitations land in the right clinic
Improved
- Invitation emails now show the inviting clinic's name, so staff know exactly which team they're joining.
- Invitation links now open straight to the verification screen even when you're signed out.
- Invitation codes now stay valid for a full 24 hours, with the on-screen countdown showing the real time remaining.
Fixed
- Team invitations now reliably place new staff in the clinic that invited them, whether they use their code right away, after it expires, or arrive from the sign-up page.

New About page and clearer testimonial disclosures
New
- New /about page tells the story behind Vet-ly — how it grew out of HelloVet, the Jacksonville veterinary practice run by our co-founder Dr. Erika Pitkat — so visiting clinics can see exactly who is building the product and why.
Improved
- Footer and top navigation now link to the new About page, and the public footer is shared across the marketing site and blog so every page shows the same links and Start Free Trial call to action.
- The 45-minutes-saved testimonial on the homepage and pricing page now clearly notes that HelloVet is the Vet-ly co-founder's clinic, so the relationship is transparent.
- The Documentation page is now public — landing-page visitors can read the full Manager and Staff guides without needing to log in first.
Fixed
- Aligned the after-trial price to $149.99/month across the Terms of Service, Documentation FAQ, and trial reminder screens so it matches the pricing page and billing tab.

Sharper homepage messaging for new clinics
Improved
- Refreshed the public homepage to lead with the manager outcome — "Know what got done without asking" — and added a quick pain-check section so visiting clinics can tell in seconds whether Vet-ly fits their day.
- Reframed the homepage product tour around three outcomes (clear daily checklists, real-time visibility, all sign-offs and audit history in one place) and surfaced "Book a Demo" alongside the trial CTA throughout the page.
- The community templates row on the homepage now swipes smoothly on mobile, with a clear swipe hint, the next card peeking into view, and pagination dots that let visitors browse all four featured templates without guessing.
- Customer testimonials on the homepage now swipe through as a carousel on mobile, so visitors can scan all three stories in one tight section instead of scrolling through tall stacked cards.

Fixed
- Procedures awaiting your review on the SOP page no longer run off the edge of the screen on mobile.
